Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. Processing times may be extended up to 2 weeks during sales.

Once the package has been delivered to UPS/Canada Post, it is no longer within our purview. Please refer to your tracking number (if applicable) page for more information. That is the only knowledge we have about your package, as well.
